Thank you everyone who braved the thunder and the rain yesterday to come to my first Open Studio Show! It always warms my heart to see so many of you who have made it to every single Trunk Show since I've started my business many years ago and to also meet many new lovely people!
I took these shots inside my studio...the calm before the storm. :-) Literally....

The beautiful Cindy Arnet of Sienna Grace was here displaying all her stunning new jewelry. We had so much fun trying on her designs. I almost sold the one off my neck a couple times!

It was also an opportunity to share my new textiles designs and all the other things I've been up to since I moved to my home studio back in June. I appreciate all your kind words and suggestions about my new venture, my first full bedding collection for 2011!, which always helps me to refine my designs even further.

I'm also happy to see that many of you were interested in my Interior Design Workshops...more to come on that very soon!

So yes, the thunder had it's say, and yes, there was certainly a nice amount of rain, but the day couldn't have ended any better with good friends full of love and support...and a spectacular double rainbow!
